This is a place of faith for Sikhs. Sikhs welcome people of any faith or no faith with open hearts. It is a smoke-free, and alcohol-free place. You are supposed to take off shoes and cover your head, scarves provided, you can bring your own.
Main event is on Sunday from 11am to 2:30pm. 11am to 12pm snacks are provided. People love fried Pakoras made from flour of garbanzo beans mixed with spinach, ginger and green chillies. Chai wih milk with or without sugar is available but no coffee.
You can visit main hall and pay respect to Guru, who is the spoken word of Sikh gurus, and saints of Hindu and Muslim faiths. Sacred passages are sung and displayed on big tv screens.
Lunch is served from 12:30-2:30pm.
