Radisson Suites Hotel Anaheim - Buena Park at 7762 Beach Boulevard, Buena Park, California.

This hotel is a good value for people on a budget. This hotel is also was my go-to hotel for trips to Anaheim. However, this last visit was a bit of a letdown. The room we were put it had a very poorly updated bathroom. The whole hotel has been under refurbishment since last year and this particular room was a part of the updated rooms. The AC barely kept the bedroom at 73 although we set the temperature lower at 68. The room faced the east, so the sun kept the bedroom at least 10 degrees hotter than the living area which made sleeping uncomfortable. There was also an apparent maid shortage that the front desk only advised us about after our room went for two days without cleaning. We were told by the front desk we must request room cleaning service which we did and thankfully the remaining days of our stay our room was cleaned. People should not have to worry about such things when they are on vacation. That's why they dropped from a 4 star to a 2 star in my book. Hopefully this location can get back on track to the 4 star value they once were.
